What VexYra does.

VexYra provides a platform for discovery and connection.

VexYra allows users to discover businesses, professionals, services and other information made available through the platform.

VexYra may also provide features that allow users to create profiles, publish requirements, share information and interact with platform features.

VexYra is a platform and does not necessarily provide the products or services listed by businesses or professionals.

Keep your account information accurate and protect your access.

You agree to provide information that is accurate, reasonably complete and not intentionally misleading.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You should not impersonate another person, create deceptive identities or use accounts for fraudulent purposes.

We may restrict or suspend accounts where necessary to protect users, the platform or comply with applicable law.

Businesses and professionals.

Providers are responsible for the information they publish.

Business information

Businesses should provide accurate information about their business, products, services, location and areas of operation.

Professional information

Professionals should accurately represent their experience, qualifications, skills and services.

No misleading claims

Profiles should not contain intentionally false, deceptive or misleading information.

05 · REQUIREMENTS

Say what you actually need.

Requirements help users communicate what they are looking for.

When posting a requirement, you agree to provide information that reasonably describes what you are looking for.

Requirements must not be used to publish illegal requests, misleading offers, abusive material or content that violates the rights of others.

VexYra may remove or restrict requirements that violate these Terms or create risks for users or the platform.

06 · CONTENT

What you publish matters.

Users remain responsible for the content they submit to VexYra.

Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights necessary for VexYra to operate the platform.

Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that information you publish is reasonably accurate and current.

Rights of others

Do not publish material that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

Platform licence

You grant VexYra the limited rights necessary to host, display and operate content you choose to publish through the platform.

Keep VexYra useful for everyone.

You must not use VexYra to abuse, deceive, harm, disrupt or exploit other users or the platform.

No fraud or impersonation
No harmful or illegal activity
No spam or abusive behaviour
No attempts to compromise the platform

VexYra helps people discover possibilities, but users should independently evaluate who they choose to work with.

Verify information

Review relevant business, professional and service information before making important decisions.

Independent relationships

Any transaction or relationship between users is generally between those users unless VexYra explicitly states otherwise.

Exercise caution

Do not share sensitive information or make payments without understanding who you are dealing with.

09 · AVAILABILITY

VexYra is always evolving.

We aim to keep VexYra available and useful, but we do not guarantee that every feature or part of the platform will always be available.

Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, be modified or be discontinued as the platform develops.

We may also perform maintenance, updates or security work that temporarily affects availability.

10 · PLATFORM LIMITATIONS

Understanding the platform relationship.

VexYra provides a discovery and connection platform. Information submitted by users, businesses and professionals may not always be independently verified by VexYra.

VexYra does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, availability, suitability or legality of every business, professional, product, service or requirement found through the platform.

Users should independently evaluate information and make their own decisions before entering into transactions or relationships.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VexYra will not be responsible for losses arising from interactions or transactions between users where VexYra is not a direct party.

PLATFORM PROTECTION

We may take action when necessary.

If an account or activity violates these Terms, threatens other users, creates security risks or may expose VexYra to legal or operational harm, we may restrict, suspend or terminate access where appropriate.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

VexYra's own work.

The platform itself contains intellectual property belonging to VexYra or its licensors.

Unless otherwise stated, VexYra's branding, visual design, software, platform structure, logos, text and other original materials are owned by or licensed to VexYra.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or exploit VexYra's proprietary materials without appropriate permission.

PRIVACY

Your information is important.

Your use of VexYra is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used and managed.

Applicable law.

These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Where a provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
